(i) Charity partnership with Batting For Change: this charity helps fund tertiary education for underprivileged women. Atelier Wealth donates a percentage from every settlement towards Batting for Change, calling this “Loans with an Impact”

(ii) Aaron has also launched a New Broker pathway support program, which is now endorsed by industry body, the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia. This program aims to help new mortgage brokers succeed in the mortgage broking industry, which has a failure rate of 50% in the first 18 months.

Aaron is an advocate that training, education and mentoring have a significant role to play not only with his clients but in the broking industry too.
