Nominees three achievements

1. In 1976 Trevor was an unabashed, dynamic estate agent in an Dickensian industry and was the forerunner of cutting edge estate agency, as it is today.

2. As a main board director, Trevor helped to shape and groom one of the first Industry owned portals, Primelocation. And, more recently, founded OnTheMarket PLC, which has been the most successful estate agents collective venture, to date. He also established Fabric Magazine, the London Magazine’s equivalent for the northwest London corridor. Together these initiatives represent Trevor’s commitment to protect the community interests of the Industry, a commitment unrivalled by any counterpart.

3. Trevor has broken world price precedents for the sale of property in London. By way of illustration, in 1993 he sold a single property which today, would be worth some £300million and which the world at large is blissfully unaware.

More recently, in a market that has been badly hit by the changes to Stamp Duty, Non Dom Residency arrangements together with the uncertainty of the Brexit issue, he never the less has sold £371million worth of residential property in the last 18 months, in what has been a very challenging market.
