Finding Your Property Superstars

When it comes to creating a successful investment portfolio, it’s important to surround yourself with a team of professionals who are experts in their field. From accountants, mortgage brokers, financial planners, conveyancers and more, all will play an integral part of your property journey!

One thing that’s important to remember is that your circumstances are entirely unique to you, and there’s no one-size-fits-all strategy that will work for every investor. That’s why, when you’re looking for people to become part of your investment team, you need to focus on those who have experience working with people and situations similar to your own. You want to make sure they are going to give you feedback that is tailored to your circumstances and your goals.

Now, finding the right people for your team can sometimes be tricky. To help you get started, I’ve put together a list of my very own property superstars who I work with frequently to help my clients through their property journeys!

Robert Zobouian, Pulse Wealth Management

Robert began his career in financial services with a major bank in 1999 before turning to Financial Planning in January 2002. Following a successful corporate career as both a financial planner and a superannuation legislation expert, Robert started his own financial planning firm in 2010. Since then, he has built a reputation for providing quality advice to a range of highly motivated and successful individuals and business owners.

Robert is a self-managed superannuation expert, and is a Specialist SMSF Advisor, the highest certification available through the SMSF Association. Pulse Wealth Management specialises in the areas of budgeting, debt management, superannuation (including Self Managed Superannuation Funds), retirement planning, wealth creation and personal insurance.

Robert is passionate about his clients and believes in tailored financial advice, not a one-size-fits-all approach. He understands that his clients are in different stages of life; they might be saving or purchasing a first home, financing their child’s education or planning for their retirement. He believes a financial plan must reflect your unique situation and circumstances.
