Kristal Everingham

Almost 4 years ago I decided to make the move from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast, at the time I had been running my own business as a Personal Trainer and although loving it, I wanted something more in my life…

I relocated, and three and a half years ago began working for my brother, Ben Everingham, at Pumped On Property. At the time it was just the two of us. Over the last 3 years Pumped on Property has grown to a team of 4 people who love property and love the idea of helping people become financially free.

We are A small family run, boutique buyers agency specialising in purchasing investment properties in the South East Queensland markets and educating investors on how they can create a strategy to achieve financial freedom over a longer term period through both cash flow and capital growth.

I grew up in a family where “the dream” was to own your own property outright, work hard and retire with a big super fund… So never in my life did I imagine myself being so heavily involved in property investing as such an integral part of my life.

I have personally helped over 400 investors purchase $300,000,000 worth of property in the South East Queensland market.

I love the sense of achievement I get when my clients secure an amazing property, and although they may not realise it today, the properties we are helping them secure is setting them up for a financially free future.

In my personal investment life over the same time, I have purchased two properties. Like I said, growing up, owning investment properties was not a priority in our family, so getting to purchase my first property at 25, followed by a 2nd investment by 26 gave me such a sense of satisfaction.

My husband and I have spent the past 2 years slowly renovating our own home, and in doing so have increased the value of the property by over $150,000.

We were educated enough to purchase a well-priced investment property on the Northern Beaches of Brisbane in an area that has outperformed the Brisbane and Queensland averages for capital growth over the past two years.

Not only, over the past three year have I focussed on building a property portfolio for myself, while working full-time and being a part owner in Pumped On Property… We have also made time to travel every year – to Bali, South Africa, Italy, France and Spain, as well as numerous trips around Australia.

In that time we have also spent money on our renovation, a wedding and are beginning to start a family.

At 27 years old I feel like there is so much life ahead for me and my husband, and by setting ourselves up in our mid 20’s with a few foundational properties and implementing a manageable investment strategy for ourselves, we will be able to achieve financial freedom at least 20 years ahead of many people our age.

I have proven that women in their 20’s can do it all – travel, get married, buy properties, start a family. It is more simple than you believe if you have the right support network and mentors around you.

For myself, the goal is to continue to grow my property portfolio and continue to lead an amazing life with a great work-life-balance so we enjoy our day to day as well as setting ourselves up for an amazing future.

My passion for property comes from a place of genuinely wanting to help people achieve their financial goals so they have choices in the future, so, like myself, they can spend more time with their family, travelling or doing whatever it is that they love.
