Page One Person: Julian Prieto – Chief Executive Officer (CEO),

With more than ten years’ experience delivering high quality bespoke properties for private and corporate clients in London, Julian Prieto has been CEO of since 2016. Julian works personally with clients at every stage of the process, from concept to construction, to ensure that their homes meet their aesthetic aspirations, budgets, and the highest standards of architecture and design.

Julian’s background in international business development and marketing gives him a unique perspective on what clients in London’s prime residential areas are looking for. As Julian puts it, “Good design is not about money only: it’s about creativity and vision, our mission at is to deliver high-end properties at high street budgets.” Julian and his team have applied this philosophy to projects around Central London, from Fulham to Islington, Camden and Chelsea.

Julian developed a passion for the renovations while working as Business Development Director for an influential family with properties in Mayfair, Kensington and Belgravia. Recruited to grow the business internationally, Julian spotted an opportunity in the central London market, and began developing luxury apartments in Central London for corporate clients relocating executives, as well as private individuals. Since creating, Julian has had hands-on experience of every aspect of the business, working with architects, and experienced trade professionals to turn clients’ dream residences into reality. His design and vision are at the centre of the project.

Julian’s approach is informed by time spent living, working and studying in the UK, the Netherlands and Spain, as well as advising clients from all over the world notably the middle east, far east Asia, Europe and of course the UK. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Julian holds degrees in Economics and International Development from the Oviedo Business School (Spain), and the University of Maastricht (the Netherlands).
